Reset Instruction
Factory reseting the scooter may be required to correct the balancing problem that that may have been changed during testing or actual use (either the scooter is dropped or the user accidentaly hit an object, etc.)
If the motor pulls more to one side, Red LED warning light or have a balancing issue... Factory resetting or re-callibrating resolve almost all issues that is encountered with the hoverboard.
You may follow the steps below to factory reset the hoverboard.
Turn off the hoverboard.
Level the step pads (ensure that the hoverboard step pads were evenly leveled)
Press and hold the power button until the LED Lights starts flashing
Turn off and Restart the hoverboard.
Please note, it is important that the hoverboards is perfectly leveled (see 2. instruction) prior to resetting. If the
hoverboard is not leveled properly, you may have to re-do the above process.
